We respect your privacy. Under GDPR, CCPA, and India's DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data collected by the Mantra Uccharan app at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion

Email us
Send an email to privacy@mantrauccharan.com with subject line: Data Deletion Request — Mantra Uccharan

Mention your details
Include the email / phone number linked to your account (if any), so we can identify and delete the correct data.

We process your request
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 7 business days.

Confirmation sent
You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted from our systems.
What Data Gets Deleted
Account information
Name, email address, phone number (if provided during registration)
Usage preferences
Favourite mantras, preferred language, jaap count history
Notification tokens
Push notification device tokens
Analytics data
Anonymous usage statistics linked to your device ID
Cloud sync data
Any app data synced to our servers under your account
* Aggregated / anonymised analytics that cannot be linked back to you are retained for service improvement. Legal records required by Indian law may be retained for the statutory period.
Processing Time
We aim to complete all data deletion requests within 7 business days of receiving your email. Complex requests may take up to 30 days as permitted under applicable law.
